THE STORY OF
Sheila Harvey Smith
Dual board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult Nurse Practitioner, with a Doctor of Nursing Practice from East Carolina University as my highest level of education. I have over 32 years of experience in mental health, beginning my career as a registered nurse in 1993 with a primary focus in psychiatry. Since 2011, I have served as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner, continuing my commitment to psychiatric care.
